The DiaVulCom Tool aims to help municipalities identify tangible elements on the effects of climate change at the municipal level.
With this tool, municipalities can more easily discover the vulnerabilities of their territory by putting them in perspective with the vulnerabilities of Wallonia.
The mission of TEC Conseil, in collaboration with ECORES, ICEDD and Wageningen University, is to develop and improve the existing tool to support the municipalities to implement a climate change adaptation strategy.
More specifically, the tool will allow municipalities to:
- Take note of local vulnerabilities and compare them with those of Wallonia
- Describe the effects of the CC on the municipal territory
- Select the most relevant actions for the municipality
