The objectives of the mission
Since 2010, the European Parliament has launched a framework contract to draft a number of reports for the European Parliament Transport and Tourism Committee. The consortium in charge of the reports is gathering TEC, the University of Breda (Center for Sustainable Tourism and Transport) and the University of Central Lancashire. This work aims to identify the key issues for sustainable development of tourism in Europe, and it follows up on two reports about cycling in Europe and the collaborative economy in European tourism.
