Adaptation to climate change is a new subject for decision-makers and administrations. Since the creation of its Climate Plan voted in 2007, the City of Paris tries to involve all of its services in adaptation.
Meeting with the Agency of Urban Ecology and various services of the City of Paris, the study aimed at identifying the representations of adaptation, the language used as well as the limits and the levers to implement adaptation.
