How to increase quality and efficiency of Climate Vulnerability and Risk Assessments?
Last week, TEC participated at the Launch of the GIZ’s “Climate Risk” Community of Practice (CoP) at Bad Neuenahr, were we presented feedbacks from the application of the Nationwide Climate Vulnerability Assessment in Bangladesh, using the so-called impact chain methodology developed by GIZ. With strong expertise in conducting such assessments (PNUD, Palestine; GIZ, Bangladesh; H2020 SoClimpact), TEC contributed to this exchange of knowledge, while discussing future areas of improvement and cooperation to support climate change adaptation.
